Q1. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
Q2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But we will sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by DHL, FEDEX, UPS or TNT. You can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are.
Q3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, ect. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Q4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q5.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.Or we wil recommend some popular colors to you.
Q6. What certification does your factory passed?
We have got SEDEX and Disney factory certification, and if you need, we will send the cerificate copy to you.
Q7. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we're made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to sample time is about 5-7 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.

2 .Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc …
3 .Our sales send the Proforma Invoice with our seal, or you order online to us .
4 .Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5 .Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,and will make the
samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products .
Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7 .End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval.
You can also arrange the third party Inspection.
8 .Clients make payment for balance and Ship goods , inform the tracking number and check
the status for clients.
9 .Order can be say "finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .
