You pay for the mould, so the mould is yours. We hold it, maintain it, and hand it over with a signed record on request.
Over 50 new designs a year, 2D/3D drawings for approval before tooling, and signed NDAs on your artwork. Samples in 5-10 days.
We plan the run, chase the line, and take responsibility for what leaves — 20-35 days for custom production, 3-7 days for ready stock.
We do not own the plant — we own the process. That is the honest version, and it is the version that survives an audit: we qualify the factory, station our people in it, hold the specification, and sign for the container. You are welcome to visit the factory in Yongkang with us, or to audit the line that makes your order before it ships.
