Food-contact requirements are met: the body is tested to US FDA 21 CFR and EU LFGB (EN 1186) migration standards, and the cap uses a silicone gasket selected for stability with high-proof spirits. Replacement caps and gaskets are stocked as spares, so a customer who loses a cap replaces it instead of discarding the flask.
